“The dimensional locks are opening and thus a vast array of other life forms are now potentially able to contact humans during this phase of time. Do not believe that all visitor contact is benevolent and beneficial, or place any entities on a pedestal deeming them as Gods or Saviors. It is important to not be dazzled by astral glamours, crafts or abilities that the visitor may use for manipulation purposes which may seem advanced to most humans. We must realize that just because they may reveal certain advanced abilities, that they are not necessarily ethical, moral or have the same spiritual objectives of being in service to the Law of One and supporting the restoration of Cosmic Order. Sadly, we have many visitor groups manipulating well-meaning humans on the white, gray and black hat spectrum with complex AI technologies while this space drama war continues to unfold on the planetary surface. Do not believe that these white hat groups are necessarily saving humanity when most of them in the ranks do not have high clearance, have little to no knowledge about this Alien Hybridization agenda and the complexities of the Controller family factions warring over Earth territories. Our civilization has serious problems connected to Artificial intelligence networks and their complex systems are being run to war game strategic moves with multiple military factions from those Controller groups that give them orders to serve their personal interests. Guardians will not visit a person who is filled in fear, but unscrupulous entities may manipulate such persons for as long as they are able. The best option at this time is to compassionately witness and observe these outer agendas as they all have a bigger role to play in the war game strategy playing out, but realize that most people would be severely disheartened to know of the corruption involved even in those that claim to be the white hats-good guys. The high majority of those that are contacted or abducted are directly related to the genetic affiliation that the human being has had with one out of three primary interdimensional stellar agendas that are connected to that particular star family located in higher dimensional realities.

Those that serve the Emerald Order Covenant uphold the Cosmic Sovereign Law for achieving human freedom and planetary liberation, which extends beyond this Universe into the Cosmic Source Domains and go all the way back to the 1st God World Creation. The other two, BelialGroup and Black Sun alien AI hybrids originally source from a fallen parallel matrix called Wesa, which serve the One World Order government with the current transhumanist slavery agenda for implementing the Great Reset.

Emerald Order Contact Guideline

Emerald Order Guardians will initiate enlightened contact with loving kindness, respect and honoring personal sovereignty, in which they will expect the same reciprocal expression in return. Guardians will require that you as a human being are willing to be self-responsible and put in the personal effort in your own learning, growth and personal healing. It is suggested to work with the 12D Christos shielding process, GSF boundary testing and Unity Vow in the morning and before bedtime, which helps to attune your energy field to the Guardian Christos frequency. When enlightened contact is happening, it can be very subtle in order to test out field occurrences and your specific reactions to such energetic contact.^[1]

Contactees Tested for Personal Integrity

Those that have been contacted or will be contacted in the future are being tested for Personal Integrity in ways that they may be asked to become ambassadors or representatives acting as liaisons between visiting off planet benevolent groups and the human race. Those that are generally first to contact Starseeds telepathically, are from their same spiritual family and DNA template, or are those who believe they have a claim upon you, such as through Alien Hybridization. It is the tendency that entities that exist in a timeline in a lower density that is beneath your main spiritual representative family will not contact you directly, unless they have exerted some control or influence over your mind. When we progress on the spiritual Ascension path, we may have contact with various benevolent ETs while we are a match for the consciousness state of their particular dimensional reality, and this contact will stop when we move our consciousness into higher realms. Contact can be re-established, but generally through your direct inquiry and request to communicate again. If these entities are benevolent, it is the protocol for those in the higher dimensions to directly contact those in lower dimensions, to prevent timeline interference, unless they are the rogues like NAA. Returning back home into the zero-point field after completing the time matrix evolution cycles are the areas of nondimensionalized realms, where the free Cosmic Christos Citizens travel and live in the highest creations that exist in the eternal God Worlds. In the Fifth Harmonic Universe there is no dimensionalization into matter forms, therefore there is no planetary body or human form. In the fifth density there is no time, and as the consciousness does not manifest into matter forms, this area is called pre-matter.

This race was created by the Lyran Founders to specifically oversee the projects of the Lyran-Sirian genetic seedings occurring on Tara, and these particular groups are known as the Elohim. Further, the Sirian Council was organized by and then appointed by the Lyrans to be the main overseers of seeding life on the planet Tara in next lower dimension, the second harmonic universe.

The Lyrans and the Sirians brought the metaterrestrial genetic material together to create the first diamond sun template body in matter for the original Tarans, which is the original angelic human body that all earth humans are actually genetically descended from. The Elohim acted in a supervisory role of protecting the Taran creation from the monadic spirit plane, while in the soul planes, the Sirian Council orchestrated the genetic seedings from the second harmonic timelines. As the root races of planet earth were originally seeded into subraces that sourced from 12 Tribes, so it was the same for the first seeding on Tara.

This group formed into what eventually played out as the Atlantians, a patriarchal dominating culture that was very mentalized and scientific. The other culture was much more passive, spiritual and willing to capitulate through service to others. This group formed into what eventually played out as the Lemurians, a matriarchal culture that was very balanced with nature and was following the Law of One.

These cultural differences amplified into greater energy disturbances which came to be the polarity schism, which was generating Taran genetic digression into the patriarchal group that wanted to fully dominate the others. Then, their scientists began dangerous experimentation with the planetary core power source, ignoring warnings from the others. To help restore unity consciousness to the planet and help harmonize the growing extremes in the divergent cultures, the Sirian Council set up the Council of Mu. The Mu council devoted themselves to the ancient wisdom practices which were in alignment to the Natural Laws, the Law of One. They spoke of the necessary attunement to nature and natural laws, and the need for polarity integration back into the zero point. During the last stages of the conflicts which ultimately led to planetary destruction, a rebellion of several smaller wars broke out in protest of the decisions made in governance by the Sirian Council, that had been responsible to administer through the Council of Mu. At this time, the technological implications of the mind control being used by neighboring entities to convert humanity into slavery, and the impacts of the AI viral infection of victim-victimizer was not understood.

These are the histories of the Sirian Rebellions that generated rifts between the Sirian Annunaki and the Sirian-Elohim’s who based their oversight and decisions to be aligned with the Law of One. The Sirian Rebellions and the Annunaki lineages refused to acknowledge the authority of the Founders or the Law of One, and this led to the cataclysm and the sequence of events which eventually destroyed the planet Tara. During the final stages of destruction, the planetary consciousness held within her exploded fragments were pulled into a black hole and came out the other side into an area which is effectively the lowest creation realms, the underworld layers of the Milky Way system. The entirety of the planet Tara’s fragments and all her species were pulled into the lowest density of the time matrix, and reformed themselves as they emerged into the instruction set which formed into the solar system pattern which includes what we know of today, as the planet earth.

Earth and all of her consciousness is the composite total of the exploded fragments of our first home planet seeded with divine human beings with 12 Strand DNA, Planet Tara. Without intervention from the Founder races, our metaterrestrial family and those Christos races that serve the Law of One, the consciousness fragments of the world soul of Tara, all of her root races and species would remain permanently fragmented and stuck in the lowest density, the underworld layers of the time matrix unable to evolve, ascend or eventually return home to the God Worlds. Today, we are on the earth to continue this same archetypal journey for the sake of returning collective humanity back to their true spiritual home, reaching the same apex in the end of cycle timeline, where we are at the crossroads of evolution and making a choice for the direction of the future timeline.

Secret Space Programs

Secret Space Programs that are involved with planet earth have been in existence for eons of time and have many different objectives and agendas, both human and non-human. Since the Luciferian Rebellion and subsequent Atlantian Cataclysm, the Secret Space Programs were managed by off-planet earlier human civilizations, and the Annunaki and Nephilim hybrids who managed their negotiations with a variety of many other extraterrestrial and extra dimensional species. Some of the humans that were on the planet or Tara during the final Atlantian Cataclysm left the earth and went to other planets and became what is called the Solar Lords or the basis of the Solar Wardens. These offshoots also formed a variety of Galactic Confederations, and the Solar System was an outpost for many visiting races that would communicate with these Confederations that functioned as a type of United Nations Assembly for the Solar System. The centralized races of the Annunaki, along with their Nephilim hybrids, exist within and are gatekeepers of the 4th dimension which is the main dimensional access to our Sun (Sol). LISA RENEE: “Orion Wars”

“The main battles in human Galactic history were fought in the constellation of Orion, and so these many wars are referred to as the Orion Wars. In our Universal Time Matrix the wars started over territories in the constellation of Lyra (The Cradle of Lyra). But soon the Lyran Wars spread to the constellation of Orion, and it became a war between False King of Tyranny mind-sets and ideologies with ideology of the Service to Others which follow the Law of One. Based on the age of the Suns and the planets in our galaxy, it was decided that the human life form was to be created in the Lyran system which is the Avatar timelines in the Universal Time Matrix. The human race lived there for approximately 40 million years, evolving. The orientation of the human race in Lyrae was agricultural in nature. Apparently, we were very plentiful and abundant, and lived in peace serving principles of the Law of One. Then, one day, a huge craft appeared in the sky. A large ship came out of the huge craft and approached the Lyran planet Bila, and reptilians from Alpha Draconis disembarked. Apparently, the Alpha Draconians and the Lyrans were afraid of each other. Alpha Draconians were apparently the first race in our galaxy to have interstellar space travel, and have had this capability for 4 billion years. When the Draconians came and saw the Lyran planet, with all its abundance and food and natural resources, the Draconians wanted to control it. The main battles in human Galactic history were fought in the constellation of Orion, and so these many wars are referred to as the Orion Wars. In our Universal Time Matrix the wars started over territories in the constellation of Lyra (The Cradle of Lyra). But soon the Lyran Wars spread to the constellation of Orion, and it became a war between False King of Tyranny mind-sets and ideologies with ideology of the Service to Others which follow the Law of One. Essentially, this is the seed of the war over consciousnesses between the Christ and the Anti-Christ. The main humanoid races were committed to the Law of One and Service to Others krystic ideology. The opposing groups were mixtures of humanoids and reptilian races that propagated Service to Self and anti-christ methods. These wars over Tyrannical control and Service to Self ideology originated in the constellations of Draco and Orion. The genetic hatred generated from the Orion Group digressed into the violent killing and destruction at the expense of others, which resulted in the propagation of the Victim-Victimizer Mind Control.[1]

Orion Black League

Orion Black League is a well known term used to describe the resistance during the Intergalactic Orion Wars.

The intergalactic Orion Wars started off as a war between two parties. They were the Empire on one side, and the armies of Light on the other. Later on, the Rebels also entered the scene, as a third party. Some authors use “the black league” to indicate the troops of the Empire, while other authors — such as Lyssa Royal — refer to the Rebels as the black league.

Lyran Wars

Based on the age of the Suns and the planets in our galaxy, it was decided that the human life form was to be created in the Lyran system which is the Avatar timelines in the Universal Time Matrix. The human race lived there for approximately 40 million years, evolving. The orientation of the human race in Lyrae was agricultural in nature. Apparently, we were very plentiful and abundant, and lived in peace serving principles of the Law of One. Then, one day, a huge craft appeared in the sky.

A large ship came out of the huge craft and approached the Lyran planet Bila, and reptilians from Alpha Draconis disembarked. Apparently, the Alpha Draconians and the Lyrans were afraid of each other. Alpha Draconians were apparently the first race in our galaxy to have interstellar space travel, and have had this capability for 4 billion years. When we start meeting these races again, one will need to trust your gut instinct.

It is ingrained in the Draconian hierarchies to teach them to never trust a human. They are taught the Draconian version of the history of the ‘Great Galactic War’, which teaches that humans are at fault for invading the universe, and that humans selfishly wanted the Draconian society to starve and struggle for the basic materials that would allow them to exist. War through Genetic Alteration

What they do is they come in, conquer a race and genetically alter it with bio-neurological technology. From that moment on, that race is genetically altered. The genetic changes alter the frequency, sound and thought patterns of the race if they move into a physical form and it is inherited through the bloodlines into the future offspring. [3]
