ERIC RAINES: “Energy Transference”

Let’s go a bit deeper.

Your friend has an etheric parasite whipping them into an energetic frenzy and forcing the base programs of the body to be fight-or-flight.

You notice rapid eye movement, extreme agitation, shallow chest breathing and tunnel vision/locking in on the problem.

It is almost as if you feel a storm of invisible pressure and uncomfortability swirling in front of you as they are talking.

The more you listen, the more your friends words pave the path directly to the sensation they are experiencing and you suddenly start to feel it as well.

The mechanics here are that the word level of operation is purely brain based, yet the emotions being felt are frequency/resonance based. As they feel these energies more intensely, they expand the field of emotional energy around them and with their focus on you, this heavy emotional sludge starts to find a direction and an object to flow to. You.

I go into much greater detail in how this works physically, emotionally and energetically in “The Etheric Entity Superhighway” found here.

Any old triggers or traumas you have from the past can react to this influx of heavy, negative emotional energy and suddenly there is resonance bouncing back and forth between both of you, becoming stronger and stronger as it builds.

The deeper you feel this energy, the heavier the connection gets, until suddenly the etheric parasite has a dense enough bridge to travel through in order to start infecting you.

This is how easy it is to be stuck inside of the words. It happens fairly often to anyone paying attention.

So what do we do if we are in this situation?

First off, smile. This simple act shows your body that the base program you want operating is joy, happiness and excitement.

Inhale deep into your body, feeling the act of the smile on the face beginning to pull deep into the body, warming and softening like a big wave of warmth, relaxing anything it touches. If you breathe with this intention for 10-15 breaths, you will create a high vibration emotional field that is akin to sunlight, while the nasty energy you’ve been avoiding from your friend is akin to shadow.

This act will make you feel joyful and light. Turn it up. Make that sensation stronger by flexing your will and push it out of the body on the exhale, making a warm, smiling bubble around you.

Not only will dense energy dissolve when coming into contact with this field, often time by the time your friend is done talking, they will be feeling much better, simply because they are not paying attention to the Language of Light levels you were speaking underneath their words.

The most important part is to have fun!!

Enjoy ❤️

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “3 Things That Indicate Your Vibration Is On The Rise”

As we proceed on our spiritual path, our vibrations reach higher levels. But there are no sure-shot means of tracking this growth. As a result, you might start doubting your progress and may get stuck in a state of confusion.

Though there is no definite way to pinpoint the level of your spiritual progress, the key to mapping it lies in paying attention to flows of energy. They call it your aura or Ki, the state of our energy reflects our vibrations and hence the level of our ascent.

The following are the three signals from our aura that we are on the right path:

1. Awareness of Energies of Others

Spiritual growth bolsters our power of intuition. As our frequencies become higher, we can feel the subtle differences between our and other energy fields more deeply. Thus, we become more aware of and sensitive to the aura of other people.

Due to our sensitivity to the aura of others, we tend to create powerful soul-connections with them, often resulting in forms of communication like telepathy. However, it also makes us receptive to the emotions associated with the people whose aura we come in contact with.

On the path to spiritual awakening, we all tend to become empaths and identify deeply with the sentiments of the people who cross our path. While this can leave us prone to depression when we meet negative people, it allows us to feel abundance and love in a more wholesome manner as our heart-chakra is open to positive energy.

2. Our Energies Grow Strong

As we evolve spiritually, our auras grow stronger and bigger. Our energies become full of love, for ourselves, and the universe.

Since the energy of love is exceedingly attractive, you will find people are naturally drawn to you, eager to listen to what you have to say. Children and animals, who can also sense your aura of love, also become comfortable and friendly in your presence.

3. You Learn to Let Go

When our vibrations rise, we also feel relieved and lighter. This is because of the energy of love helps us to cleanse our soul of past wounds and patterns.

This helps us escape from the emotional hell-hole where we get stuck when we hold on to our scars, fears and pains. Instead of holding on to clutter in our soul, we let go and make room for more positive energy to enter.

If you see these changes in your energy pattern, be assured that you are on the right track. Enlightenment is not far away!

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “6 Most Common Energy Problems And How They Can Be Resolved”

We know that the soul is eternal, and could never fade away. It can’t be created nor destroyed and hence is in a static state forever, until a body becomes its vessel.

This soul has its own energy through which it helps the body to reach beyond its potential, in a way that science can’t explain. It is affected by the movements of the planet, and a whole host of other factors, but to a lot of people, spiritual energy is the basis of their entire survival.

They realize the hidden power that lies dormant in their selves, and how to reach deep within to bring it out. But, sometimes, it also can lead to problems.

Most of us are amateurs when it comes to extracting the life force from within, and most self claimed experts are nothing more than dubious frauds that harm more than help. But, here are the most common energy problems which can affect any individual, and how to get rid of them. This might help you in your journey to self-healing.

Aura Gets Ripped

Not in a good way, for your aura can hardly work out. This refers to tears in the aura, or the protective cocoon that is truly your life force, and is based on who you are and what you signify. This is your signature, on any astral plane.

But when there is a tear or a rip in the aura, you would start experiencing traumas that aren’t your own. You would start finding yourself in pain, suddenly, but you cannot pin point its location.

But there is a way to get rid of it, and it is very simple. Take a bath, and put some salts. Or, use a crystal, and sweep your aura clean.

Aura Has Holes

This is similar to the previous one, except that it is greater, and the loss is significantly higher. This would be difficult to heal, but it is not impossible.

Here is how: imagine the hole getting patched with pure emotions of love and care, and then smoothing it with white light of ultimate beauty.

Attachment Issues

Sometimes it is seen that a person is emotionally attached to another individual, that is problematic for both individuals, especially one of them, because he becomes a body for the parasite, and his energy, and power, and spirit is taken from him to the other person, with whom he has cords attached. This can be healed through a simple cord cutting exercise.

In this scenario, it appears as if the energy is coagulating in several places, and it is dense, heavy, and useless. It puts a strain on the individual who is trying to maintain his aura all over the place. This results in severe depletion of useful resources, in order to maintain a useless ball of energy.

To get rid of it, once must imagine a giant wave of water seeping through and dissipating all of it, and the resulting hole would be filled with love.

Rubble Scattered Around The Body

The feeling of having something scattered around the environment is disgusting to all. Similarly, when your own aura is all over the place, and you have no idea why it is not functioning, leaving huge gaps in the process, you need to understand that it is because several of the static energy is scattered all over the place like dust after a rainfall.

What you need to do is physically clean yourself with your hands, and then wipe them dry.

Liquid Sludge

This is the most gross of all. It feels like a sludgy thing invading your personal space, and is extremely hard to remove. It could be that the energy which has accumulated over a period of time, has gone stale.

To get rid of it, you need to shake a sacred rattle over the area, sweep a feather duster over it, and finally a full cleansing meditation, of the chakra.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Finding Spiritual Balance — Maintain Your Aura As Bright As Possible”

The light that surrounds your physical body which provides balance is known as aura.  Your body is surrounded by the energy of different colors.

These colors tend to change with your present mood.  Mostly the colors of your aura should be clear and bright.

Suppose when you are angry or in pain, your colors will appear to be dark and muted.  Your aura will remain muddy like until you shred away all the negativity.

It is very necessary to keep your colors bright and clear.  We should pick one color and try to concentrate on it for the rest of the day in order to balance the chakra that the color represents.

The color of your dress, the food you choose will give you hint to which chakra needs more attention.

Be very attentive with these colors as they are warning signs.  Always keep in mind that you have to be positive no matter what comes before you.

Doing meditation will help a lot in concentrating on your chakra.  You can stay more focus if you perform meditation.

To start off your day, take a chakra and focus on it.  Ask yourself which color needs special attention and how the chakra will be in perfect equilibrium.

Try to fill up your chakra with bright colors.  Release the black energy into the universe.  Follow this process while doing meditation.

In some cases at first shot you will not accomplish it, but if you keep doing the same the result will definitely come out.

If you become afraid of why it’s not working out and leave it on the way, then you are doing it wrong.

Always remember you are doing it in such a way that you are removing all the negativity from your body gradually.

If the extra chakra is not needed, try to focus more on your base chakra and then when you find that your base chakra is in an absolute balanced state, then slowly start moving to your next chakra.

This way you will be able to balance all of your chakras.

ALETHEIA LUNA: “80 Easy Forms Of Chakra Balancing For Mind-Body Healing”

Like everything else in life, we are energetic beings.

All minerals, plants, animals, liquids and objects are products of an endless array of cells which emit energy. And what is within each cell? Protons, neutrons and electrons, which are all composed of sub-atomic particles which are pure energy.

Therefore, everything we see in this universe is at its root energy that evolves, changes and flows. That includes us as human beings. For this reason, it is not too far-fetched to think that within our own bodies we have areas that possess more condensed energy than others.

When the energy within our bodies is too imbalanced due to bad habits, stress, unacknowledged feelings and thought patterns, we get sick and we suffer — it’s as simple as that.

This is where the importance of chakra balancing comes into play. In traditional Indian thought our bodies possess seven different energy centers that are subject to blockages according to our lifestyle habits. When our energy centers are blocked or misaligned we feel heavy, ill and emotionally imbalanced.

In fact, if you’ve come to this article chances are that you are unconsciously attracted to “cleaning” or emptying an energy blockage within your body which is preventing you from living a centered life.

The Importance of Chakra Balancing in Everyday Life

I’ve never personally liked the word “chakra” because I’ve been conditioned to associate it with quasi-science and “woo-woo” new age thought. But whether you like using the word “chakra” or perhaps “meridians” or “energy centers,” it is undeniable that we are all electric beings by nature. Simply dragging your feet across a carpet and then touching something metal will show you that.

In recent years however, I’ve come to open myself to chakra balancing, and have managed to look beyond the fog of disparagement it has been shrouded in. It’s a really refreshing feeling being proven wrong about something, and I can definitely say that learning the secrets of chakra balancing has improved the quality of my life immensely.

But don’t worry: learning how to balance your chakras is by no means some kind of “esoteric” or complicated art. It simply requires sensitivity, introspection and a dedication to your well-being; all of which I can help you with in this article.

Simply reading through each energy center below will help you to determine which of the seven chakras within you are the most “stuffy” and imbalanced. You can then read the accompanying forms of chakra balancing techniques specific to each energy center.

1. Root Chakra

Sitting at the very base of your spine (or tailbone), the root chakra is responsible for the following feelings and sensations:
