The term “Unity Consciousness” means New Humanity living and operating together in the same positive polarity. All people experience the same higher frequency. The solidarity of global consciousness working in harmony, unity and collaboration in accordance with the whole. The synergistic union of human consciousness in harmonious cooperation. New Humanity as a collective force living with shared materialism, worldwide alliance, and love.
As new Earth vibrates within Unity Consciousness, people will live in harmony, peace and love-unity. New Earth will have no resemblance to our current 3D life in any shape or form whatsoever. New Earth will consist of 5D communities and regions. Each region will consists of people who volunteer to manage the welfare of the community at large. There will be no need for political and administrative systems to regulate peoples lives. Within the vibration of Unity Consciousness, new Earth will be a spiritual based society that operates on divinity. Joy, love, abundance, health, happiness, peace, wisdom, enlightenment are the social values on the new Earth. It will be a new social system that will function on the universal Law of Love.
New Humanity will spiritually respect the integrity of all beings, and for this reason new Humanity will not be dependent on farming animals as a main food source. New Earth will not operate on the ego-mind consciousness, where one person or group has established themselves as superior over another. Another person cannot rule you, or as the old paradigm of “domination over others” will not exist on new Earth, because each person will accept that We Are All One, within love-unity. Everyone will have access to all the necessities of life, everything belongs to everybody, and everyone will have the same high quality of life. There will be homes, food, education, and jobs for everyone, but people will no longer have to struggle to survive and focus on money, because there will be no monetary system. Understanding that the only vibration on new Earth will be love, so the negativity that is rooted on fear, greed, dishonor, and violence will vanish.
We will have universal rights. There will be no strict laws or regulations for living. Peace, respect, self responsibility for one’s actions and accepting everyone as equal, will replace the need for law enforcement or court systems. New Earth will not operate under a commercial system and as such, there will be no competitors, trade restrictions or taxes. New technology and smarter food processing systems will ensure new humanity will always have abundance. Everything will be unified, including architectural design, cultural values, social order, clothing, products and technology.
Spiritual education for people will also be very important. Each person will be taught to seek the Infinite Creator within their inner core being, through their own spiritual development and to learn and demonstrate, and practice divinity. People will be encouraged to learn and explore 5D consciousness, which includes advanced spiritualism, telepathy, telekinesis and energy healing.
We all feel foggy at times. This foggy energy can hang around us like a dark cloud, confusing our thoughts, making us feel lethargic and blocking us from our creativity.
Brain fog traditionally has been associated with a poor diet. In fact, if you have been suffering with brain fog and have not been looking at your diet, you may want to start there first.
Usually the common culprits for brain fog include- a diet that is either too alkaline or too acidic, gluten, sugar, preservatives and artificial colorings and flavors. Certain medications may also be linked to brain fog, so you may want to check with your medical professional to see if there is an alternative solution.
Drinking lots of water and getting plenty of sleep are also excellent strategies when faced with feelings of brain fog.
As you begin your healing journey with brain fog, it may also be worth considering that it can sometimes be caused by the energy frequencies around you.
At any given time we are dealing with three main energies or frequencies:
These three energy fields are always there for you to access, but during a period of brain fog, often you are stuck between the energy of your mind, body and spirit (self) and the energy of your environment (other).
In many ways, brain fog is what happens when you get stuck between your inner world and your outer world.
More and more I am hearing from friends and clients about this constant feeling of brain fog and it may also be due to the energy shifts that we have recently been experiencing.
Empaths and those sensitive to energy are also more likely to find themselves in the midst of brain fog, as they have the ability to really feel all of the energies and frequencies that are at play. This can be overly stimulating, which can also cause a foggy feeling.
If you are suffering from brain fog, here are some suggestions on what you can do-
Your diet is so important to your health and overall energy field. If your mind is foggy, it very well could be a sign that you need to detox or change your diet. If you are on a detox diet and feeling foggy, this could also be a sign of your body struggling to release toxins. If this is the case, keep drinking lots of water and perhaps try supporting your elimination pathways and digestive system.
If you are surrounded in fog you have to pay particular attention to your energy. Start by taking your hand and brushing the energy from around your energy field. Imagine your hand brushing away any fog or clouds that may be surrounding you. Once you have done this, imagine sprinkling healing light all over your body that is protective and nourishing. You can also use other aura clearing practices like smudging, flower essences and sound healing and so on.
The next step is to cleanse your environment. You can’t cleanse other people without their permission but you can send them blessings and you can cleanse your space.
Smudging is the best way to cleanse a space but if you are not a fan of the smoke, you can also use essential oil sprays or visualise a white light permeating through the room. If you have to deal with negative people, try wearing a protective crystal or visualizing yourself in a cocoon of white light.
The fastest way to rebalance your energy and clear away any fog is to spend time in nature. Perhaps make the time to go up into the mountains or down to the water to recharge your batteries and release any stuck energy that is surrounding you. In fact, just 30 minutes of being deep out in nature is enough to notice profound healing effects.
If you are dealing with brain fog it may be that you are overthinking about something or obsessing about something. In order to help release any thoughts and to channel the energy of your brain into something more productive, try a creative activity like drawing, colouring or painting. Creative activities are also very calming and can help to ease an overactive mind.
Brain fog is one of those things that will come and go at different times in your life. From a metaphysical perspective, brain fog occurs when you get stuck in a particular field of energy.
To counteract this, all you need to do is pay attention to the energy around you and within you and take action to rebalance and center yourself. Usually through just being aware of this, it is enough to help shift things.
Whether it’s more of an innocent or willful ignorance, or even a mixture of both, the masses at large are lost in a control system that shapes their minds according to specific agendas.
We’re all exposed to it. We’re all part of it to one degree or another.
In rebellious stride, greater numbers of people are becoming more conscious of both the philosophical and systemic realities that are beyond this matrix of belief-control. Even so, we must remember it’s always a journey, not a destination, because it’s an ongoing process of mind and heart expansion.
If we’ve recognized this adventure on a conscious level, we’ll be able to easily look back and recall when we were still deep in delusion, as well as the various stages of growth we went through as we became more aware of the madness and magic. This process is important as it reminds us to not be hypocritical by condemning them, but to be empathetic and kind to those who have not yet acknowledged that they’re actually on a path of enlightenment, and that the system is specifically geared to suppress it.
So in that light, let’s take a look at the thinking of a well engineered minion of the matrix. This is simply a generic illustration to evoke a little thought and emotion in those who relate to it, as well as provide a touch of humor for those who need some relief from the challenges that we face.
“I need to buy some new stuff. The current things that I own are just not good enough. But to do so, I need a successful career where I can be respected for the power I have over others. That means that I need to compete with those around me, for if I don’t, I’ll lose, and then my life will be a failure.
I’m feeling stressed about this, and I’m feeling unwell too. This isn’t good for the disease I have. I better go to the doctor who’ll be able to give me some more medicine which will cure me for sure. I’m so glad we’ve got such an amazing health system.
My life isn’t that bad, I guess. I get to watch heaps of good stuff on TV, I’ve got access to plenty of good food and clean water, and I’ve got a pretty good roof over my head. I can buy lots of gadgets that keep me entertained too; I can’t even imagine how primitive and boring it must have been to live in the tribal days.
There are of course problems with the economy at times, but there’s been a great recovery since the GFC and we’re back on the road to prosperity. The money system really is well designed though and its great that we’re able to borrow money from the banks to buy our own home and car, as well as start up our own business. Even though there are some corrupt people and politicians, there’s very little wrong with the system as a whole and I don’t need to do anything because there’s not much to fix.
Plus, my only priority is looking after myself.
The government is doing its best to make my life and all our lives better too, so I’m lucky I live in such a free country. The politicians in my party are working for my interests, however the other ones aren’t. I hope they’ll give me more benefits when they get their legislation in. I know they’re spying on us too but that’s just so they can catch the terrorists.
Oh god, they scare me. Those damn extremists are ruining it for all of us; it’s their fault there’s so much suffering in the world. We need to go and kill them all. If we bomb them to hell we’ll finally have peace. Well, that’s only if Russia and China stop being naughty though.
All the laws are designed to keep us safe too. After all, if it’s illegal, it’s wrong and unethical. For example, if only people would wake up and stop doing drugs then there wouldn’t be so much crime, addiction and mental problems.
Of course my depression and anxiety is kind of like mental illness, but it has nothing to do with the lack of self-empowerment and purpose I have in my own life, I have it because of my genetics, just like all of my illnesses. At least I’m smart by following the rules and being a good citizen.
The education system has never been better as well, so my kids will grow up really smart and wise just like me. Hopefully one day they’ll go to university and become a scientist or academic just like the experts that we read about in the papers. Or maybe they can become a journalist and report on the truth that’s happening both at home and abroad. I might even see them on TV one day, that would make me so proud!
I can’t believe those crazy people believe all those conspiracies too. Damn nutcases! There’s absolutely no way that the truth is being hidden from me; I know more or less everything there is to know about what’s going on, so if there were people working in the shadows who want to rule the world, I’d know about it! The most powerful person to exist is the President of the Unites States of America, period. It’s as simple as that.
I used to believe in fairytales, but not anymore. I gave up religion and now I understand that science knows basically everything there is to know about how the universe works. Now they’ve just got to fill in some of the gaps. I can’t believe I used to believe in something bigger than this, I’m so glad that science helped me to understand that suddenly there was a big explosion, gravity brought little bits of matter together and that’s all there is to our existence. So damn logical!
Anyway, enough thinking from me. Time to get some Maccas for dinner, watch the news to see what happened today, probably put on my favorite crime show and then head off to bed so I can get up early to catch the special-release Pokemon in the morning.”

You’ve felt it. You’re in a group of people, and somebody walks in with a black cloud hanging over their head. Their energy repels you, and you may find your own mood affected by it. So how can you NOT be one of those people? We all have bad days, but with a few simple tricks, you can avoid letting that black cloud grow and hover over you.
1. Do not dwell on the negatives.
Stuff happens. It’s how you respond that matters. If you choose to be victimized by what happens, your negative energy will gain momentum. Instead:
—Stop thinking about it if there’s nothing you can do to improve it (if a thought comes up about that situation, do not allow it to continue — force yourself to think about something else).
—Do not talk about it anymore than you absolutely have to. Don’t give it energy!
—Find the blessings and lessons in the situation. This may take some time, but if you stay busy looking for them, you won’t dwell on how something negatively impacted you.
2. Do not speak of your problems, diseases, illnesses or worries.
The more energy you give what is wrong, the more it persists. Yes, we all need to vent once in a while but if you vent, or even when you’re just thinking about what’s wrong, here are some rules:
—Don’t think or say: “I’m so sick, I feel like I’ve been run over by a truck! I don’t know how I’m going to get through the week!” Do think or say: “I caught some bug but I’m taking good care of myself and I’m feeling better every day!”
—Don’t think or say: “This job is terrible! My boss is a jerk and nobody appreciates me!” Do think or say: “I’m looking for a better job and meantime I’m trying to learn as much as I can so I benefit. In fact, my boss is the perfect example of how not to treat employees!”
3. Love and accept yourself. As you are. NOW.
It’s easy to beat yourself up about what’s wrong, but how much energy do you give to your positive qualities? Do that more. For every negative comment you make about yourself, give yourself FIVE compliments.
4. Let go of the past.
You can’t undo anything. It’s done. Forgive others, forgive yourself… learn from your mistakes, learn from others’ mistakes, remember that NO unkind or thoughtless action ever comes from love but from a place of deep inner pain (you can be compassionate to that pain without condoning the acting out of the pain) and release the energetic burden you carry: grudges, resentments, pain, hurt, disappointments, sadness, anger, guilt… let it all go.
5. Don’t give away your power or your happiness.
Remember that when you criticize, judge or blame others, you are choosing to focus on what they’re doing wrong or what’s wrong with them — and you give these people the power to control your mood and state of mind. Ask yourself why somebody’s behavior irritates you so much that you allow yourself to get upset about it. Why let others’ behavior affect your mood? Why give them the power to control your happiness? Instead of criticizing, judging or blaming, find something you can compliment them on.
6. Do not say yes when you mean no.
Honor your needs, priorities, time and energy! You’ll resent it. Save your precious time and energy for things that are meaningful to you, or in instances where others ask you to do something, make sure that it brings you satisfaction and joy. Otherwise, politely decline.
7. Laugh! Smile!
Surround yourself with upbeat people who make you laugh.
8. Be grateful.
Appreciate the many blessings, but also appreciate the struggles and frustrations. How have you become enriched because of them?
9. Don’t worry.
Use your imagination to visualize what can go right, instead of what can go wrong. Train yourself to visualize the best-case scenario. Be solution-oriented, not problem-oriented. Think only about the ideal situation, not the current problematic situation.
10. Run it off.
Exercise physically removes you from your problems, and it also removes you mentally. If you’re worried about something, you need to give your brain a chance to process things. Exercise will flood your system with feel-good endorphins, release stress and in the middle of a long bike ride, walk or swim… or in the middle of the climbing wall, you may suddenly have an epiphany. Or, at least for a while, you will be fully present and not worried about the future.
11. Be present.
Speaking of being present, be interested in what you’re doing, no matter how “boring” or “mundane” it may be — quotes intended, because any activity can be made as interesting as you are willing to make it. This will keep you in the moment and will keep your mind off your troubles and worries.
You have the power to control your mood. Use these positive-energy-boosting exercises every single day. Before long, you will be the high-vibrating ray of sunshine that brightens everyone’s mood! We all have the ability to look to our mind for ways to not only dissolve that sadness, but to cultivate such a positive state of mind that we won’t fall easily back into melancholia.
There are many ways in which we can cultivate positive energy five ways to transform your mindset from darkness into light, sadness into happiness. May they also help lift up your soul.
When you appreciate someone, you’re tuned into their positive qualities and express your empathy and gratitude for them. It’s a simple way to refresh yourself and establish heartfelt connections with ourselves and others.
With so much beauty all around us, it is easy to show our appreciation to others, and nature, on a daily basis. Try appreciating the simple things you might take for granted, for example, a deep relaxing breath of crisp outdoor air or the pleasurable radiant warmth of the sun at noon. Or the thing we should be the most grateful for (but the one we often forget) — that we’re alive and so fortunate to experience each and every day.
As you do this, try to focus completely on the good this experience offers you and acknowledge that you — and only you have created it — no matter how it came to you. Regardless of your condition or circumstances, there will always be something that you can find to appreciate.
Forgiveness is the moment-to-moment experience of peace and understanding that occurs when the suffering of someone who feels injured has their suffering reduced as they transform the grievance that initiated that suffering. By embracing the feeling of forgiveness as something that can help us, we accept it as an aspect of acceptance, love, peace, and truth instead of experiencing hatred, negativity, and falsehood — all of which are faces of resentment. By being forgiving, we acknowledge that people make mistakes and release the emotional burden that holding a grudge has on us.
When we are selfless, we shift our focus onto the needs of others, rather than keeping it on ourselves. It’s the practice of being unselfish and minimizing the gratification of the ego’s wants and desires.
In order to make the life-redefining shift from selfishness to selflessness, go and focus on the well-being of others. This can be done in countless ways. You can clean up your life and surrender a fully healed body, heart, mind and soul to others when entering a relationship.
You can also be ready to share any amount of time needed by others whenever they need it (don’t allow yourself to be used, however). Be happy with your life and with whatever you are offered by others. Whenever you are sure to give your very best, you are receiving exactly what ever you need for your greatest possible benefit.
Experiences of wonder can lead us to a sense of transcendence and realization of higher states of consciousness. From a mystical perspective, it relates to affirmation, as wonder openings reveal the infinite and the source of all that is, which operates as gateways to uniting experiences.
Buddhism muses that distinctions limited to relative or empirical reality are just an illusion; resulting in the continuation of anguish, pain and frustration because we become alienated from experiencing reality through the eyes of a child where everything was wondrous. In short, wonder leads us tasting a unified and infinite existence that enriches our life experience.
Nostalgia is a yearning for a return to some past period or seemingly irrecoverable condition that’s seen in a positive light.
Studies have found that people who have a heightened level of nostalgia have higher self-esteem and are less prone to depression. Thinking of good memories for just 15 or 20 minutes a day can make you more cheerful than you were the week before, and happier than if you think of your current life. Nostalgia is a very potent mood booster, so if you seem to be in a bit of a funk, think about good memories of times past and you will experience higher self-esteem and feel more positive about friendships and close relationships.
